Class Reunion

Today, he stands at the fringe.
Then, he took center stage.
Conversation flows.
He remains silent, uneasy.
We hated him.
Feared his fists, his words.
Oh sweet irony of time.
Thirty three years.

  1. Oh wow powerful in so few words. This is really fitting for National Bullying Prevention Month!

  3. 33 years...in honor of Trifecta? :)

I know a few bullies that it would be sweet revenge to see them squirm all these years later.

  4. Nice. I love how you created so much with so few words.

  5. Sometimes, time IS the greatest revenge. Class Bully, maybe shouldn't have come unless he came to apologize.

  6. It's amazing how different things are after high school. Nice job fitting so much into so few words.

  7. Nice, tight composition (and inclusion of 33 in a trifecta prompt). I'm a fan, I won't deny it! (my openid credentials aren't working, so this should be interesting...)

  9. Nice. I like the sense of the inevitability of time pushing him to the fringes.
